Experienced nurses help with chronic pain management, wound care, dressing changes, post‑surgery care, medication administration, symptom management, anticoagulation, fall prevention and more
Physical therapists treat musculoskeletal disorders and injuries; interventions include gait training, posture and positioning, muscle toning and coordination, balance restoration, flexibility and range‑of‑motion exercises, strength enhancement, pain management and energy conservation training
Occupational therapists assist with basic skills re‑education, upper‑extremity strength restoration, lymphedema management, body mechanics, muscle control restoration and fall prevention
Licensed speech therapists offer programmes for patients with Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, fluency problems, eating/swallowing difficulties; they teach sign language, provide articulation exercises, and treat hypernasality and phonological delays
Services include advance directives, community resource coordination, rehabilitative care planning, guidance on healthcare policies, bereavement support, helping families cope with illness or death, arranging discharge, alternative living and transportation
Home health aides provide safety supervision, help with dressing, bathing, toileting, prepare meals according to diet, assist with mobility and remind patients to take medications
Comprehensive, physician‑directed care: Care plans are developed under physician supervision to ensure continuity, safety, and convenience for every patient. FHH serves individuals who are home-bound or require intermittent nursing, physical, speech, or occupational therapy, as well as medical social work services.
Medical supplies and equipment: In addition to our core services, FHH assists in arranging essential medical equipment and supplies such as wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and hospital beds to support patients’ comfort and recovery at home.
Additional services: They can arrange enterstomal therapy, IV therapy, catheter care, diabetic management and post‑surgical care
Bilingual support: Bilingual field nurses are available to serve non‑English‑speaking clients
